DM Templates are a Pro feature designed to help you turn your best DMs into reusable messages across LinkDM. Instead of rewriting the same replies, offers, or product messages, you can save a DM once and reuse it wherever you build DMs. This keeps your messaging consistent while cutting down setup time.

You can quickly save any DM from the composer by ticking Save as Template and giving it a name. All templates live in the Template Library, where you can browse, search, edit, duplicate, rename, or delete them from one place. Updating a template in the library ensures every future use stays in sync.

Templates also unlock smarter flows. Button CTAs can link directly to a saved template, instantly sending another DM when tapped. If you need a one-off variation, you can import a template as a draft and tweak it without affecting the original.

• Automations: Set DM Type to Saved Template and select the template to send
