LinkDM Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience with LinkDM. This policy outlines when and how refunds apply.

Free Plan

LinkDM offers a free plan with usage limits, allowing you to try the core features before upgrading. No credit card is required for the free plan.

Monthly Plans

If you’re not satisfied with your first monthly purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days — no questions asked. This applies only to first-time purchases and excludes renewals or upgrades.

Yearly Plans

Yearly plans are eligible for:A full refund within 7 days of purchase. A prorated refund within 30 days, based on unused full months, minus a $10 processing fee. Refunds are not available after 30 days, regardless of usage.

Billing Errors

We will refund any accidental or duplicate charges. Please contact us promptly if you notice any billing issues.

Downgrades & Cancellations

If you downgrade or cancel your plan, your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for unused time.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method and follow Stripe’s standard processing time (usually 5–10 business days).

How to Request a Refund

Email refund@linkdm.com and include:
- The email address used to log into LinkDM
- Your Instagram username
This helps us identify your account and process your request.
