The Mailchimp integration sends lead captures from your LinkDM lead forms (shared inside your Instagram DMs) straight into Mailchimp, so new leads are automatically added to your selected Mailchimp segment without exporting CSV files or manually uploading contacts.

This is built for creators, lead gen marketers, agencies, and anyone using Mailchimp who wants a simple path from an Instagram DM conversation to an email subscriber.

Connect Mailchimp

1. Go to LinkDM > Settings > Connected Apps
2. Click Connect on Mailchimp
3. Log in to your Mailchimp account and authorize the connection

Connect a Lead Form

1. Open your lead form in LinkDM and click Edit
2. Go to API Integrations
3. Select Mailchimp
4. Select the Mailchimp segment you want to send leads to
5. Add a tag (optional)
6. Save, and you’re all set!

Field Mapping

Your lead form data is sent directly to Mailchimp, including the subscriber information collected through your form.

You can also add an optional tag to each lead form, making it easier to organize and segment subscribers based on where they opted in or what they’re interested in.

Each new lead captured through the form will then be automatically added to your selected Mailchimp segment.

This integration is available for LinkDM Pro users and uses the official Mailchimp API.
