Product Template is a minimal, image-first DM format built for creators who want the product to do the talking. Unlike Button Template, it removes the headline and description entirely—so the DM stays clean, elegant, and focused on the visual with a single short CTA.

Each Product Template uses a square 1:1 image with a button that slightly overlays the bottom of the tile, giving it a polished “card” feel inside the conversation. It’s ideal for product drops, collections, or any offer where extra text just gets in the way.

You can send up to 10 Product Templates in a single DM, and analytics work the same as Button Template—so you can still track link clicks and measure what’s driving action. Product Template is for when a picture says 1000 words, and you want the fastest path from DM to tap.

This is available to all Pro users and can be located in the DM Type dropdown menu when composing a DM anywhere on LinkDM.
