Quick Replies are now available for Pro users on Instagram and Facebook.
Every conversation starts differently. One person wants your latest offer, another needs support, and someone else is ready to sign up. Quick Replies make it easy to send each person where they need to go—without asking them to type a response.
Add up to 13 tappable replies to any Message Template, so people can choose the next step that fits them best. Each reply can link to a Saved Template, Lead Form, or Coupon.
For example, you could send a DM with options such as:
When someone taps an option, they receive the linked destination immediately. They can choose one reply, and the remaining options disappear to keep the conversation focused.
Quick Replies are useful for sharing resources, collecting leads, offering discounts, and helping people find the right information faster. They also make automated DMs feel more helpful by giving people a clear choice instead of a one-size-fits-all response.
To get started, compose a DM, choose Message Template from the DM Type dropdown, and select Add Quick Reply. Create your reply, choose its destination, and save.
