Custom (Per Post) Comment Auto-Replies

Feature Overview

Pro users can now set unique comment replies for individual Instagram or Facebook posts using the DM automation builder. This is useful for tailoring responses that match the tone or content of a specific post like: “DM sent! I hope you love the red dress 💃”

These custom replies only apply to the post they’re created for and override any global comment auto-replies.

Steps

Open the DM composer while setting up your AutoDM
Click on Settings
Enable Comment Auto-Reply
Toggle on Custom Comment Replies
Add up to 3 custom replies
Save your automation

Can I create different replies per post?‍
Yes, each post can have its own unique set of custom replies.

What happens if I don’t add custom replies?‍
If Comment Auto-Reply is enabled but no custom replies are added, your global replies will be used instead.
