We’re launching Flow Automation, a new feature that helps you engage with your audience more effectively by automating Instagram DMs within Meta’s 24-hour engagement window. This allows you to send follow-ups, reminders, and additional messages based on user interactions—all without manual effort.
Flow Automation starts with a Starter DM, which replaces the originally requested DM. Once the user clicks the CTA button, the engagement window opens, allowing for multiple automated messages. Users can create multiple flows that allow you to schedule up to 10 automated DMs within 24 hours.
• Follower Growth Tool – Sends a message only to users who aren’t following you.
• Reminder DM – Can be scheduled if a user hasn’t clicked a link.
• Custom DMs – Allows for multiple follow-ups at specific time intervals.
This feature is designed to increase clicks, sales, and leads by keeping potential customers engaged after their initial interaction. You can configure a sequence that fits your strategy while keeping messages relevant and timely.
🏆 For Pro users, Flow Automation can be activated from the Automations menu and enabled on individual posts.
