What's New in May

📸 Next Post

You can now set up the Next Post trigger for both Instagram and Facebook placements. This makes it easier to automate DMs tied to your upcoming content, no matter the platform.

🔁 Flow Automation

Flow Automation has received several upgrades:

You can now setup a custom Starter DM message at both the post level and on Universal triggers.
Users can create up to 10 unique flows per account to better tailor follow-up sequences.
You can now control how often a Custom DM is sent using the new “Send Frequency” setting. This is especially useful if you have followers who comment regularly on your posts, as it helps avoid sending the same DM repeatedly. Options include: Every time, Once only, Once per 24 hours, or Once per 7 days.

📣 Facebook Ads

Universal Triggers now supports Facebook Advertising placement. This means your DM automations can now include replies triggered directly from ad engagements.

⏪ Rewind

You can now use Rewind multiple times on the same post to catch and resend DMs to any newly missed comments.

💬 Comment Auto-Reply

We’ve improved how we send comments using Comment Auto-Reply. You’ll now see fewer pauses when replying to comments, making the experience smoother.

🔎 Trigger Keyword Fixes

Issues with accented characters and diacritics in trigger keywords have been fixed. Words like café, fiancé, or São Paulo will now match correctly.
