Attach a Lead Gen Form to a CTA Button

You can easily link a Lead Generation form to any CTA button in your AutoDMs, Flow Automations, or Universal Triggers. This allows you to collect lead info directly in Instagram DMs, triggered by user actions.

Where it Works

Lead Gen forms can be attached to:

AutoDM CTA buttons
Flow Automation buttons
Universal Trigger buttons

Each button can be linked to a different form if needed.

How to Attach a Form

Create or edit an AutoDM, Flow, or Trigger
Add a CTA Button (or select an existing one)
On the left side of the button setup, you’ll see a dropdown menu
Change the action from “URL” to “Leads”
A new dropdown will appear with your list of available forms
Select the Lead Gen form you want to attach
Save your automation

Notes

You can create up to 10 forms, all searchable in the dropdown
Each CTA button can only trigger one Lead Gen form
Users will see the form flow start inside their DMs after tapping the button
