How to Set Up Lead Generation in LinkDM

Go to Features > Leads
Click Create New Form
Choose your fields: Email, Name, Phone, DOB, Multiple Choice, or Custom Questions
Optionally add a Welcome Message to introduce the form
Add a required Confirmation Message to let users know it’s complete
Drag and drop to reorder fields
Preview your form live as you build

You can create up to 10 Lead Gen forms, each with up to 10 fields.

Connecting a Form to Your AutoDM or Flow

Once your form is created:

Head to any AutoDM, Flow Automation, or Universal Trigger
Add or edit a CTA Button
Change the action type to Leads
Select one of your saved forms from the dropdown
Save, and you’re ready to go!

When a follower taps the button, the form starts instantly inside DMs.
