Link Automation Not Sending

1. Permission Errors

First, make sure you do not have any permission errors. Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Permissions' and ensure you have a green check indicating that there are no permission errors.

2. Correct Trigger Types

Ensure you have set up the correct trigger types for your post. The trigger types determine when a link will be sent. You can find out more about setting up trigger types in this guide.

3. Re-attach Instagram Account

If everything looks correct and you are not seeing any errors, we suggest going to 'Settings' > 'Permissions' and at the bottom click 'Detach'. Once completed, click the 'Connect with Facebook' button and follow the prompts to re-attach your Instagram account to LinkDM. Note: your previously linked posts and analytics will remain once you have re-attached.
