New Triggers not Saving

A frequent issue users encounter when adding new keywords is forgetting to press the 'ENTER' or 'RETURN' key, which is necessary to save the input trigger. Successfully saved keywords will be highlighted with a blue box.

Adding and Saving New Triggers

Navigate to the trigger submenu in the automation you are setting up.
Ensure you have selected the 'Keywords' trigger type.
Click into the space of the field where the default triggers are and type in a new keyword.
Ensure you are pressing 'ENTER' or 'RETURN' key to make sure the trigger is saving. You know it has saved correctly if the keyword appears with a blue box around it.
