Attach an Instagram Account to a Facebook Page

📌 Before You Begin‍

Make sure you have a Facebook Page, not a personal Facebook account. A Facebook Page is required to connect to LinkDM, and this is one of the most common issues new users encounter. If you don’t have a Facebook Page, you can create one here.

How to Connect Your Instagram Account to a Facebook Page

Meta requires you to connect your Instagram account to a Facebook page (not a personal profile, but a page) to use certain features. This can be done via the Facebook page settings. Follow the instructions below to connect your Instagram account to a Facebook page:

Open your Facebook page and click “Switch now” to view as the page.
Click 'Settings'
In Settings click “Linked Accounts,” and then click [View] next to Instagram
Click the [Connect Account] button and follow the steps to connect your Instagram profile to a Facebook page.
Once you have connected your accounts, log back into LinkDM and click the (Login with Facebook) button.
You will need to select your Facebook page and Instagram account.
