Permission Check #1 - Page Settings
- Go to Facebook.com.
- Navigate to your Facebook page > Settings > Linked Accounts > Instagram.
- Check if there are any errors or warnings. If yes, follow the steps to fix them. If no, proceed to the next step.
Permission Check #2 - Business Suite Settings
- Go to Meta Business Suite.
- Check the dashboard for any errors or warnings. If yes, follow the steps to fix them. If no, proceed to the next step.
Permission Check #3 - Business Manager Settings
- Go to Business Manager Settings.
- Navigate to Pages > Select your page > Select your name in the People column on the right and check if you have “Full control”.
- Repeat the same process for Instagram accounts: Select your Instagram account > Select your name and make sure that all the toggles are turned on!
