Navigate to your LinkDM dashboard and select 'Settings' and then select 'Permissions' (click here).
Click the [Grant Additional Permissions] button. This action will redirect you to a Facebook login popup.
Follow the on-screen prompts to authorize LinkDM to interact with your Facebook account, granting the necessary permissions to enable automation functionalities.

NOTE: If you see a green tick next to Facebook Page ✅ then you are already setup and no additional configuration is needed (you can skip this section)

It is essential to complete these steps to activate the Facebook options within the Universal Auto-Reply settings.

Creating a Unique Trigger for Facebook

After completing the initial setup, you can start creating unique triggers for Facebook:

Go to the Universal Auto-Reply section within LinkDM.
Click on 'Add New Trigger' and compose the message you wish to automate.
Enter a unique keyword that will trigger this automated response. This keyword should be distinctive and relevant to the context in which you expect to use it.
In the 'Platform' sub-menu, select 'Facebook'. If this option is greyed out, ensure you have completed the setup process correctly.
Save your settings to activate the trigger.
