Troubleshooting DM Reply Issues

If your DM replies are not sending, this is likely the main reason. To use Flow Automation or any other Direct-to-DM features, you must configure your Messaging Handover Protocol and ensure that LinkDM is set as the Primary Receiver. If you have previously used another DM automation tool like ManyChat or Instachamp, this setting needs to be updated.

Step-by-Step Guide

Go to your Facebook Page
Click "Switch Now" to ensure you are viewing as the Page
Navigate to Settings → Page Setup
Click Advanced Messaging → View
Click Configure for both Instagram and Facebook:
- Ensure that LinkDM is set as the Primary Receiver for both Facebook and Instagram

Once updated, your Flow Automation and DM replies should work correctly.
